Rescheduling, Cancellation
and No-Show Policy
We understand that vasectomy is a big decision for many. Things can go not according to plan, or you may change your mind after discussions with your family. Please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions below.
Our cut-off time for our team to prepare your vasectomy is 24 hours. Our team takes a lot of pride in making sure that your vasectomy happens smoothly on the day of the booking. This includes booking the right staff, equipment, consumables and venue.
We may cancel a clinic at any time without financial consequences.
CANCELLATION FEE
If you cancel in writing:
- Before 9.00am, one day before the procedure, no charge is applicable
- After 9.00am, one day before the procedure, there is a cancellation fee of $350
- Cancelling cannot be done via voice message. You need to send us an email.
RESCHEDULING FEE
If you reschedule in writing:
- Before 9.00am, one day before the procedure, no charge is applicable
- After 9.00am, one day before the procedure, there is a rescheduling fee of $120
- Rescheduling cannot be done via voice message. You need to send us an email.
NO SHOW FEE
If you do not reschedule or cancel in writing, and unable to attend the pre-booked procedure – a full charge is applicable.
PAYMENT POLICY
- We accept online banking, debit or credit card payments. Insurance prepayment is required for appointments.
- We are a cashless clinic and cannot provide change.
OUTSTANDING DEBT
- Outstanding debt will be contacted by our Practice Manager. We may refer certain cases to a third party collection agency.
- By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you consent for your name, contact details and details of the services received to be forwarded to the collection agency.
- The patient shall be responsible for any expenses incurred for engaging a third-party collection agency, if deemed necessary.
